REPORTS TO : Superintendent of Schools
COORDINATES WITH : Assistant Superintendent, ELL Department heads, IT Department, Plant Operations, and Building Secretaries
WORK YEAR : Part Time, Temporary - until central registration is setup and fully functioning.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Central Registration Project Manager will implement consistent registration practices to ensure the input of clean data. This position will help identify a proper location for the registration center and identify needs to be addressed within the center. The manager will also assist in creating procedures and training staff new to the Registration Center to ensure a consistent registration experience for the families of Nashua School District students.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify resources needed to develop a fully functional registration center.
- Develop and implement procedures and processes to be used in the registration center.
- Train employees new to the center on procedures and processes.
- Evaluate the functioning of the registration center and implement any needed changes.
- Assist the Superintendent of Schools in any business-related activities and any other duties as assigned.
