Licensed Counselor – 100% Remote Telemedicine MAT Program
Join our caring and supportive team as a full-time Masters-level counselor in Tennessee! We specialize in opioid use disorder. We are a Telemedicine Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program providing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
We are seeking candidates with a permanent license in one of the following areas:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Services Provider Designation (LPC-MHSP)
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (LADAC II)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Your Role:
Group Counseling: Facilitate group counseling sessions for an average of 6 patients twice daily (sessions are 30 minutes). A combination of Group Counseling and Individual Counseling is expected.
Individual Counseling: Conduct 20–30-minute sessions (longer for new patients) using evidence-based therapies like CBT.
Assessments: Utilize tools such as the ACE and Psychosocial assessments to guide treatment.
Collaboration: Work alongside our team of talented, caring professionals made up of medical doctors, nurse practitioners, counselors, administrative support staff, and executive professionals.
Who You Are:
A compassionate and motivated professional who possesses a permanent counseling license in Tennessee.
Experienced in substance abuse treatment, ideally with a history working in Medication-Assisted Treatment.
Proficient in evidence-based therapies such as CBT.
Skilled in fostering meaningful connections in group and individual counseling settings.
