In this full time role, you will join others like you who are committed to transforming mental health care for women and empowering the next generation of mental health professionals.
Why Mamaya Health?

- Professional Development: Build your supervisory skills and expertise in maternal mental health with our commitment to lifelong learning.
- Excellent Benefits Package: We offer an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) and more.
- Opportunity for Growth: Licensed in multiple states? Expand your role as Mamaya Health grows into new states, with opportunities to lead and support our expanding clinical teams.

- Maintain ongoing records of supervisee evaluations for a minimum of three calendar years.
Therapist Responsibilities
- Engage with clients for individual, couples, or family outpatient therapy sessions on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis determined by the client.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 completed client sessions per week (no less than 40 in a two-week pay period), with the opportunity to titrate down to 10 client sessions per week (20 in a two-week pay period) as the number of clinical supervisees assigned increases.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and collaborative care updates.
- Work closely with clients’ care teams (e.g., medication providers, PCPs, OB-GYNs) to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and track client outcomes using measurement-based care tools.
