What Youll Do
- Be the First Point of Contact Greet clients, answer questions, and ensure they feel safe, welcomed, and supported from the moment they arrive.
- Manage Client Scheduling & Communication Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and basic insurance/payment inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Support Smooth Office Operations Keep the front desk running efficiently by tracking office supplies, receiving shipments, and collaborating with maintenance.
- Maintain a Clean & Organized Space Help ensure the waiting area, breakroom, and therapist offices are tidy and inviting.
- Work Closely with Clinicians & Clients Act as a vital link between clients and their therapists, ensuring appointments run smoothly.
- Contribute to Mamayas Mission Every client session you help coordinate directly impacts our goal of expanding access to life-giving mental health care.
