This position begins as a full-time Contractor role with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position with benefits upon successful completion of a probationary period.

What You’ll Do
As a Mental Health Therapist at Mamaya Health, you’ll:
- Provide therapy to women of all ages, addressing unique challenges related to maternity, infertility, life transitions, hormonal changes, and emotional well-being with a minimum of 22 client sessions per week.
- Deliver evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, whole-person care.
- Build your expertise with the tools, training, and mentorship you need to excel.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for passionate, driven clinicians who want to grow their careers while making an impact. You’ll need:
- A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Pre-licensed or provisionally licensed status in Tennessee (ex. LMSW, LPC-MHSP(t) or willing to begin licensure track).
- A commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive care for diverse populations.
