Compensation Details
Intake Appointments (60 min) $75 per session
Follow-Up Appointments (30 min) $44 per session
Brief Follow-Up Appointments (15 min) $35 per session
Your Role
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Mamaya Health, you will:
- Conduct intake sessions to evaluate patient history and mental health needs.
- Provide follow-up medication management and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care.
- Track and measure care outcomes to continually improve the quality of services.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week, including availability for a combination of evenings, weekends, and lunchtime sessions.
- Regularly attend and participate in monthly NP small team meetings, monthly staff meetings, and any additional supervisory meetings as indicated.
Qualifications
- Active PMHNP or FNP license in Tennessee.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or related settings.
- Experience working with women or adolescents, especially in reproductive or hormonal health.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
