Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Heavy Duty Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicle maintenance and a strong understanding of tire services. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our fleet vehicles by providing high-quality tire installation, maintenance, and repair services. Your expertise will contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations mounting, dismounting and repairs on various types of vehicles.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire service tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with service manager regarding the vehicle needs.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage and conduct inventory of all tires.
- Clean and maintain service truck.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role within a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common tire-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Heavy duty tire experience such as Tractor Trailers, Dump Trucks and Concrete Mixer trucks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
