Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including front loader trucks.
- Load and unload materials such as concrete, aggregates, and other construction supplies.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate loading operations and ensure timely project completion.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
Experience
- Proven experience in loader operation or similar roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with concrete mixers, tankers, and other heavy machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
