We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Mechanic Specialist to join our Nashville Ready Mix team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of over 150 front discharge ready mix trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Diagnose and repair complex engine issues on Cat, Cummins, and Detroit engines
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
