Position Title : Athletic Development Fellow
Department : Performance
Reports to : Director of High Performance / Head of Athletic Development
Position Summary :
At Nashville SC, we are looking for a highly motivated individual that is looking to attain valuable experience in the on-field performance realm and soccer setting. In this experience, you will gain exposure to the high-performance environment while performing duties in line with Nashville SC unified vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in on-field setup (training and games) as well as weight room in providing athletic development services for athletes.
- Collaborate with coaches, athletes, performance staff, and medical professionals to improve and manage player performance.
- Coordinate with the Athletic Development, Performance and Medical Staff to be in line with the Nashville SC Return to Play policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Some travel may be assigned as required
- Regular attendance and hours according to the standards established by the Head of Athletic Development and / or the High-Performance Director
