The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Provide menus and relay information about specials - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area - Communicate effectively with guests and team members - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service *Requirements* - Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills - Must be able to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
