Job Purpose
The Nashville Sounds are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and energetic individuals to join our sales staff and contribute to the success of the 2025 season. A Ticket Sales Representative is responsible for reaching their sales goals through outbound calls to local churches, schools, individuals, and organizations to sell season tickets & group outings. The main function of this entry level position will be to sell Season Ticket Memberships, Group Tickets, as well as Premium Hospitality Areas. We encourage open communication and expect our sales reps to assist in generating new ideas to increase ticket sales and enhance the fan experience.

This is a seasonal position (February–September) paid hourly and includes benefit options and paid time off.
Goals and Expectations
- Make 60 outbound calls daily from provided leads and individual prospecting.
- Conduct and attend 10 weekly face-to-face appointments and networking events.
- Annual and Quarterly goals to be determined based on team’s Season & Group Revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the sales team growth in ticket revenue.
- Develop new leads through cold calling, face to face appointments, networking events and social media connections.
- Sell new group outings and season ticket plans.
- Maintain accurate notes through CRM software for leads and sales tracking.
- Actively research and prospect new sales leads.
- Sell memberships and hospitality areas as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients.
- Attend sales/marketing events to promote Sounds games.
- Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned, flexible game scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or sports industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ticketmaster Archtics and HubSpot CRM experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
