Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through our pipeline, ensuring quick and professional follow-up
- Handle incoming client calls and make outbound calls to nurture relationships and close deals
- Coordinate rental schedules and manage calendars to ensure seamless bookings
- Answer emails with clarity, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and solving problems effectively
- Manage a high volume of inquiries and tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Thrive in a high-activity environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot ****preferred)
- Knowledge of the StoryBrand framework
- Understanding of vans and their applications (preferred)
- Experience working with the music industry (preferred)
Who You Are:
- A proactive communicator
- Comfortable working 8 AM - 5 PM CT
- Skilled at using CRM tools like HubSpot and adapting to new technology
- Experienced in managing inbound sales for a service-based business
- Energized by a fast-paced environment and high inquiry volumes
- Able to clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and policies to clients
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping thorough records and following up on leads
- A problem-solver who takes initiative to improve processes
- Excited to build relationships with corporate clients and manage long-term accounts
