We provide paid clinical supervision for pre-licensure clinicians, a yearly continuing education/materials stipend, paid trainings in evidence based practices, paid orientation to the position, flexible scheduling with work from home and telehealth options, and our administrative staff provides insurance credentialing and support in client management, scheduling, and billing. PTO and benefits are also available for full time staff.
The primary function of this position is to develop, implement, and manage tools to collect and report on data collected related to multiple grant programs run by ABHS.
Reports to: Director of Statewide Initiatives
Primary Responsibilities
Identify data collection tools, developing workflows for implementation and consistent collection of data.
Ensure ethical data collection, maintaining valid data storage and written process and procedures for data storage.
Engage in data analysis on a consistent basis to inform monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and ongoing CQI processes
Collaborate with the Division Directors and grants team members to ensure that data and associated analysis is available and used for informed decision-making.
Provide feedback to the Director of Statewide Initiatives regarding barriers to implementation and suggested changes for successful workflow.
Work with the grants team to prepare scalable processes with an eye on 2026 expansion.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of a High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Google Drive.
Ability to work in or learn programs related to creating, capturing, and evaluating data as needed.
Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication.
Strong organizational skills and self-drive are critical.
Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
Capability to collect, analyze, report out data, and engage in appropriate feedback.
