Nason Yeager is a multi-service law firm, offering a broad range of legal services founded in 1960. Our Boca Raton branch is currently seeking attorney(s) with 3-7 years’ experience in the area of Commercial Litigation and Business Bankruptcy.
Candidates should have litigation experience including :
- Ability to handle all aspects of a case in state and federal court, including pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
- Business bankruptcies, creditors’ rights litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting and writing skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
