We are looking for a reliable Assistant Office Administrator. The tasks will include writing and editing promotional material and correspondence, website management, database management. Social media and marketing skills are a plus. The candidate should have strong writing skills and computer skills.

Our organization is a member based trade association in the steel industry. Our members are the heart and soul of the organization and one of the great joys of this job. It is essential that we keep our members engaged and informed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director and Office Administrator by writing, editing and posting promotional material
  • Website and database management
  • Write and proof documents and correspondence
  • Engage members and potential members through social media

Skills

  • Strong technical skills including website management, Excel, and database management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
