What We Stand For and Where You'll Come In

We are seeking a Category Administrative Coordinator to support our Gourmet Foods Category Managers at our Hicksville, NY office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, has strong attention to detail, and is highly organized. The Category Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in sourcing new products, managing data entry, assisting with sales materials, and ensuring accurate product information across internal systems.

How You'll Make An ImpactProduct Sourcing & Administrative Support

  • Assist Category Managers in sourcing new products, requesting samples, and gathering detailed item information.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate sample requests for customers and gather required product details, including logos and pricing.

Data Entry & Product Management:

  • Enter and maintain accurate product information in internal databases, including item descriptions, packaging details, sizes, and UPCs.
  • Update and maintain website listings with new product details.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Develop sales materials for new and promotional products.
  • Prepare sample kits for the sales team to showcase new offerings.

Pricing & Process Improvement:

  • Review and process all price changes, ensuring accuracy in internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiencies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support various departmental projects as needed.
  • Assist with cross-functional collaboration to streamline product management and vendor coordination.
