Nassau Candy Distributors is a leading importer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty confections, fine foods and promotional products.
We are currently seeking a highly articulate and energetic Customer Experience Representative to ensure overall client satisfaction regarding product inquiries via phone and email. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a busy customer service team in an office setting.
This position will be full-time ON SITE in our Hicksville offices.
The ideal candidate :
- Possess prior experience providing call center / customer support in a fast-paced department
- Has experience handling a very high volume of customer calls in a distribution environment
- Is skilled at providing creative as well as logistical solutions to customers via phone and email
- Encompasses the innate desire to solve challenges and enhance customer relationships
- Enjoys working in a supportive team setting, and as an individual contributor
Experience in confections / candy, manufacturing / distribution , and large and extensive product lines a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must!
Strong Excel and overall PC skills are essential
