Nassau Candy is a Premier importer, manufacturer and distributor of candy, specialty confections, fine food and promotional products.
We are currently seeking an Order Entry Associate to join our growing team on site in Hicksville !
Must be highly detail oriented and accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Process all customer orders accurately and efficiently with the utmost attention to detail
- Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies
- Escalate orders when needed to ensure issues are identified and resolved
- Track the status of customer purchase orders and continue to follow-up until successfully closed
- Stay informed and up to date on new products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Shipping, and other teams to manage the order to completion – meeting or exceeding customer requirements
- May perform other duties and participate in other projects as required by the department
