NC Custom , the promotional products arm of Nassau Candy, is a top 40 ASI Supplier, and the leading diversified manufacturer of 3,000 plus items, ranging across confectionery, mints, chocolate, hard goods, health and beauty, wellness, premium apparel and soft goods, servicing distributors in the promotional products industry .
We are currently hiring an experienced Screen Print Manager who has experience successfully managing production / screen print teams and possesses strong overall technical knowledge of the screen print process.
Reporting to the Plant Manager onsite in our Ronkonkoma facility , this critical role will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all printed products through a hands-on management approach and a high level of detail orientation.
Responsibilities and Skills :
- Managing production schedules for a team of 20 – 40.
- Training teams within production and printing.
- Coordinating large orders and specialty projects.
- Setting up and maintaining all screen print-related equipment.
- Meeting specifications and ensuring a high level of quality for all printed materials.
- Effectively overseeing the finishing of all garments (folding, bagging ticketing, labeling, and packing).
- Excellent written, verbal and overall communication skills
- Experience in graphic design software a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
- Must be able to work onsite in Ronkonkoma
