POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates and supervises the execution of Food & Beverage functions to ensure clients' specifications are adhered to and that the function runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsible for the management of restaurant & banquet operations to maintain high quality standards in regard to food production and preparation, sanitation and safety, and expediency of food lines in both banquets and the restaurant. To have the ability to perform all positions in food and beverage operations in order to supervise, direct, and train all personnel.
Relevant experience is required
