We are seeking an accomplished Administrator of Neuroscience to lead our growing neuroscience department. The ideal candidate will combine clinical excellence with strong leadership abilities to advance our neuroscience programs and services.
Specifically, you will :
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all neuroscience services, including neurology, neurosurgery, and neurodiagnostics.
- Direct clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention of neuroscience staff.
- Foster collaboration between departments and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Guide research activities and academic programs in partnership with affiliated institutions.
- Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.
- Participate in hospital-wide strategic planning.
