Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance neuroscience programs and services.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure seamless integration of neuroscience services.
- Foster strong relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Health Administration, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, Business Administration, or health-related field.
- Five (5) years of experience managing or supervising a health care department or division or conducting an education program in a healthcare-related field; including responsibility for either budget, policies, procedures, planning or program development.
- Experience in academic medicine and clinical research.
