Job Title: Systems Engineer M365 Migration (Onsite, Contract) Location: New York, NY (100% onsite)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Job Overview:
We are seeking a System Engineer to assist with an M365 migration project, including OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the migration of OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Provide end-user support during and after the migration process.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to M365, virtualization, messaging, and Active Directory (AD).
- Work closely with internal IT teams to ensure a seamless transition.
- Document processes and provide user training as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, virtualization, messaging, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support end-users.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and on-site full-time for at least six weeks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT support or M365 migrations is a plus.
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud-based systems is beneficial.
