Overview:
This person will be expected to support the TCC-Change Management Lead in all areas of developing and executing the change management strategy - including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, development of deliverables such as talking points and information papers, facilitation of change-focused discussion with client and other account teams, preparation of change management recommendations, etc. They may also be expected to support and/or liaise the TCC-Training and TCC-Communications, which fall under the same leadership umbrella and play key roles in the broader Change Management vision/strategy.
