Essential Job Functions
- Execute and educate on our Knowledge Management program.
- Follow and implement a knowledge management/information architecture and taxonomy.
- Monitor content in controlled spaces and domains to ensure compliance with templates and organization.
- Conduct end user interviews and testing to optimize knowledge user experience and search capabilities (including AI).
- Review Critical Governance policies and procedures for clarity and standardization.
- Preferred candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Preferred candidate has familiarity Knowledge Management governance.
- Preferred candidate has experience with SharePoint and/or Atlassian Confluence.
- Preferred -- but not required -- at least 3 years of experience in a Knowledge Management or documentation role.
- Preferred -- but not required – experience with prompt engineering.
Salary : $40
