Overview :
This person will be expected to support the TCCChange Management Lead in all areas of developing and executing the change management strategy including stakeholder analysis change impact analysis development of deliverables such as talking points and information papers facilitation of changefocused discussion with client and other account teams preparation of change management recommendations etc. They may also be expected to support and / or liaise the TCCTraining and TCCCommunications which fall under the same leadership umbrella and play key roles in the broader Change Management vision / strategy.
