Natalis has two outpatient clinics located in St. Paul and Woodbury. In addition, Natalis provides mental health services to pediatric medical clinics, schools and hospitals in the greater Twin Cities area. Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Specialist role at Natalis is a critical role in providing the best experience possible for our clients and supporting our practitioners. Many times, the Behavioral Health Specialist is the first person to be in contact with our clients and it is vital for someone in this role to have the ability to clearly communicate and establish trust with our clients. Someone in the Behavioral Health Specialist role at Natalis must also have a strong attention to details and must maintain confidentiality for our clients. We are looking for someone who is able to provide support at either clinic location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer telephone calls and assist the caller with their needs.
· Greet clients as they arrive for scheduled appointments.
· Collect co-payments.
· Register clients for initial and follow-up appointments.
· Update client information when necessary.
· Safeguarding patient records and ensuring that everyone complies with the HIPAA standards.
· Provide clerical support to practitioners and other administrative staff.
· Perform other various administrative and client service duties as requested.

Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
