Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy service times.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with bussing tables during peak hours to facilitate smooth service.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery during banquets and catering events.
Skills
