Duties
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely service.
- Monitor the preparation of dishes to maintain quality standards and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with cooks, servers, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including cooking and assembling dishes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Buss tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from guests.
Skills
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Strong background in hospitality, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information between kitchen staff and servers.
