Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area for guests.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in food service or fine dining environments is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in bussing or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
