Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Natcast's mission across research, industry partnerships, chip design and manufacturing purposes
- Create technology roadmaps enabling scalable growth across multiple business lines which includes Chip Design Services, Manufacturing, Research, Investment Fund and Workforce Development
- Architect advanced computing infrastructure supporting semiconductor simulation, modeling, and research computing requirements across multiple locations
- Rapidly build out the technology infrastructure to sever both internal and external customer needs in regard to our diversified business lines including fabrication, grants, research and services
- Lead implementation of specialized technical platforms enabling semiconductor design, testing, and manufacturing processes
- Direct and lead all IT efforts to ensure the successful launch and integration of new facilities
- Design and implement secure data segregation frameworks that enable collaboration while protecting intellectual property
- Direct cloud strategy optimization for semiconductor workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
- Oversee deployment and integration of EDA tools and platforms supporting diverse research requirements
- Establish comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks protecting sensitive research and intellectual property
- Guide development of data analytics and AI/ML platforms accelerating semiconductor innovation
- Build an environment that enables data sharing across the organization and encourages the top companies and researchers to bring and build IP at Natcast
- Lead automation initiatives supporting R&D pilot line operations and research workflows
- Direct infrastructure strategy supporting high-performance computing and specialized semiconductor applications
- Actively manage the budget and program costs from CHIPS funding through the use of accountable and transparent systems
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams across multiple disciplines and locations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 15 years technology leadership with 5 years semiconductor industry experience
- Experience in semiconductor industry software, chip design, verification and manufacturing
- Deep expertise in semiconductor industry software and EDA tools
- Proven success implementing large-scale technical infrastructure
- Strong background in cloud computing and HPC environments
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity and data protection
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication operations
- Understanding of AI/ML applications: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their applications in semiconductor design and manufacturing
