Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Personnel Security Specialist I to support our customers with mission‑critical requirements. This role requires expertise aligned with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process visit requests, clearance verifications, and in/out‑processing.
· Maintain access lists and provide meeting/training security support.
· Assist with SCI indoctrinations and maintain SIMS database.
· Coordinate with stakeholders on personnel security matters.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 2 years visitor control and clearance processing experience.
· Familiarity with ICD‑704 standards for SCI positions.
· Proficient in SIMS; TS/SCI eligibility.
Alternative Qualification Path:
Six years of personnel security experience, including two years in visitor control/clearance processing, may substitute for the degree requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
