Automotive Service Advisor

Independent Automotive repair shop in Santa Cruz is seeking a professional and experienced automotive service advisor to add to our team.

What we need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Provide excellent customer service
• Great communication skills
• Automotive technical knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Work with service technicians to diagnose vehicle problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and maintain detailed service records.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair options.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and service techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
