The Nate Wingert State Farm Agency is growing! We are a friendly, passionate, community-focused team, and we are excited to add a new member to our Customer Care Team!
I am Nate, a local State Farm Insurance Agent for the past 12 years, and I am seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Our mission is to help as many in our community to be protected from risk and prepare for their future - and we do this by selling State Farm auto, life, and health insurance. Equally important, we work hard to take care of our growing customer base with their daily insurance needs, including when they face the unexpected. This vital task of caring for our customers is what we are hiring in this position.
The candidate that we will select will work side by side our sales staff to provide service that so exceeds our customers' expectations that they feel valued & naturally refer their friends & family to us. This position can be incredibly rewarding to the right person as you will be handling important needs and concerns of our customers in ways that can significantly affect and improve their lives. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work with our close-knit team with excellent communication and a strong teamwork mentality
- Discuss and offer the products and services State Farm offers while service is provided so that our customers have all their needs met
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
- Insurance licenses required
