About the Role :
Natera is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Operations to join our high-performing BizOps team. This role will drive strategic insights, optimize processes, create scalable reporting solutions, and manage cross-functional projects. You'll bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring intuitive reporting and impactful processes.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and a proactive mindset to deliver scalable, sustainable, and actionable data solutions. Examples of topics we've worked on : increasing patient / physician retention, lowering test turnaround time, driving cross-functional market outreach for new products, measuring inside sales success, and developing self-service reporting data tools.
Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Process Development
- Identify broken or inefficient processes and propose solutions. Lead solution development and rollout. This role has similarities to a solution architect.
- Facilitate VP-level working groups to drive cross-functional processes.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
