Naterra International is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and creating content to for our brands and the 2.5M combined followers across channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube. With a focus on short-form content, the Content Creator role requires a creative thinker who is able to identify target audiences and embody the brand’s tone of voice on social channels. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop engaging and industry-leading content (photos, videos, stories) that aligns with our brand strategy and tone of voice
- Stay on top of trends and beauty industry news to curate content that resonates with our audience
- Develop, produce, and execute social photo and video shoots to support the social channels and ad strategy.
- Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm creative content ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software for various creative needs including social media and retail media networks
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and content formats such video editing techniques to elevate content and engage and grow our digital community.
- Assist with content scheduling and posting to various social media platforms using Dash Hudson
- Analyze content performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies
- Generate ideas for improving on current and developing new ways to market content though social media
