Property Caretaker (On-Site)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Property Caretaker for Nath Companies must be willing to provide assistance in various phases of the property operation. This property is located in Roseville, Minnesota. This is a Part-time position at 20 hours/week. This position requires employee to live on-site. This position is not benefits eligible.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for picking up grounds daily.
• Salt and shovel walkways. 
• Responsible for cleaning building common areas.
• Responsible for cleaning vacant apartments in preparation of new tenants
• Responsible for cleaning the office and storage areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they are able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and property managers.
• Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other outside parties.
• Ability to be courteous and accessible to the residents.
• Ability to use good communication skills; includes listening, oral and written. 
• Ability to keep confidential information confidential.

COMPENSATION:

Property Caretaker position (Part-time) pay range is $14 - $16 / hour.
