Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential students through various channels such as social media, community events, and partnerships with high schools.
- Utilize the school's CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of prospects.
- Admissions Consultations:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential students to understand their career goals, answer questions about the beauty programs offered, and guide them through the admissions process.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to help prospective students make informed decisions about their education and career path.
- Data-Driven Sales Strategy:
- Use data and metrics to drive sales strategies, setting and achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets as defined by the EOS model.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies based on performance analytics and market feedback.
- Maintaining Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all admissions activities comply with state and federal regulations as well as the school's policies and procedures.
- Regularly report on admissions metrics, key performance indicators, and progress towards sales goals during weekly Level 10 Meetings, a core EOS practice.
- Building Relationships and Networking:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, alumni, industry professionals, and local beauty businesses to create a robust network for referrals and job placements.
- Represent the beauty school at industry events, open houses, and community fairs, showcasing the school's strengths and ensuring a positive and professional image.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
