$1,500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONISTS
Description: The purpose of this job is to provide clerical support for Primary/Specialty Care Services. Acts as front-line contact with patients, both by telephone and in person to provide necessary assistance and handle all communication. Supports the medical staff and administrator in the operations of the Amsterdam Primary/Specialty Care Center. Takes into account the individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs.
Requires
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess previous customer service experience.
- Possess a working knowledge of medical terminology, physician office practices and Medical Records.
- Possess one (1) year experience with computer software: MEDENT, MEDITECH, and various Microsoft Office applications.
Pay Rate: $16.41 to $19.41 per hour.
