We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support and Customer Service for our Residential Real Estate Brokerage. You’ll be responsible for responding to all questions from Real Estate Agents and Home Buyers in a friendly and timely manner, scheduling appointments, promoting company training events, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Compensation:$36,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
