Position Summary: Join us as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, where your main responsibilities will include qualifying leads, cultivating lasting relationships with clients, and scheduling appointments for our team of agents. Location and Commitments: This role is primarily in-office work, starting with a one-month training period. The office is located in the Southwest, near Durango and Sunset.
More about the position:
- Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Possibility for rotating evening and weekend shifts
- Phone calls to be made between 8 AM and 9 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $36K per year, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based commissions and bonuses
- Total estimated annual compensation is $48,000 - $75,000

$48,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Qualify new and old leads through phone, text, and email campaigns
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and texts to nurture leads and maintain relationships
- Schedule client and agent appointments for phone calls, property showings, and consultations
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the home buying and selling process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of sales, customer service, and/or telemarketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Comfortable with scripts and sales training methodologies
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to grow in the real estate industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
- 2 years of inside sales and/or outbound sales experience
- 1 year of real estate CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, kvCORE, etc.)
- Familiarity with the local real estate market, area, and trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Ability to seamlessly keep an off-script conversation going
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms and online marketing (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook ads, etc.)
