Part-Time Lake Placid FLORIDA - Experienced Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day Construction process across multiple scattered job sites in Lake Placid, Highlands County. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with building codes and company standards.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee daily construction activities across scattered job sites.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
· Provide leadership and direction to construction staff, including workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
· Conduct inspections to ensure work meets project standards and expectations.
· Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
· Knowledge of Construction software Buildertrend status trucking and upload photos, videos are a PLUS
Requirements:
· Proven experience in construction management.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple job sites and coordinate with teams effectively.
· Must have a reliable car or truck for transportation between job sites.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience
