Necessary Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Experience in patient care, physical therapy, chiropractic, or a clinical setting (or willingness to train).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication skills—ability to educate and support patients throughout their care.
- Ability to stand, move, and assist patients physically during therapy sessions.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional—patients and team members can count on you.
- Comfortable with technology—ability to use patient management software for documentation.
- Team-oriented mindset—willing to collaborate and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Helpful Qualifications (Preferred):
- Certification or experience in physical therapy assisting, massage therapy, exercise science, or rehabilitation.
- Prior experience with SoftWave, laser therapy, decompression, or neuropathy treatments.
- Background in health, fitness, kinesiology, or biomechanics.
- Customer service experience in a patient-focused setting.
- Understanding of holistic, non-surgical healthcare approaches.
- Sales or patient engagement experience—helpful in motivating patients to complete care plans.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Administer doctor-supervised, hands-on therapy treatments with precision and care, including:
- Non-surgical spinal decompression
- SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy
- Laser therapy
- Neuropathy rehabilitation protocols
- Follow structured treatment protocols to ensure every patient receives consistent, high-quality care.
- Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for patients during their treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the doctor, contributing to individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized therapy area, ensuring equipment is set up and ready for each session.
- Educate patients on their treatments and care plans, helping them stay engaged and committed to their recovery.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow and seamless operations.
