We’ve launched a category-defining product, secured initial retail partnerships for 4,500 stores, and built a collective audience of over 16M followers across social media, generating 200M monthly organic impressions. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our brand’s digital presence across platforms. This role sits within our marketing team and reports to the Interim Chief Creative Director, CEO, Co-Founder Gabby Murray, and Chief of Staff. You’ll help manage social media channels, assist in community building and content creation, and gain real exposure to what it takes to grow a viral-first brand — including working alongside creators with 10M followers.

- Maintaining a consistent posting cadence across TikTok and Instagram
- Timely and professional communication with ambassadors and content creators
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support content strategy and campaign planning
- Demonstrating ownership, creativity, and reliability in all assigned tasks
- Contributing to a strong brand presence that builds community and engagement
- Manage and schedule content for TikTok and Instagram
- Draft and send weekly outreach messages to ambassadors and influencers
- Support content ideation and planning in collaboration with the creative team
- Edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut and Canva
- Assist in the creation of static social content using Photoshop and other design tools
- Track performance of posts and identify content that resonates
- Join weekly team syncs and contribute ideas aligned with brand tone and trends
- Maintain organized documentation of content and outreach
- Prior experience managing social media platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Google Suite
- Passionate about Gen Z trends, skincare, and content creation
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Based in Florida, New York, or Los Angeles (preferred, not required)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred
