Nations Best CPR is a leading American Red Cross and American Heart Association CPR training provider that is growing rapidly. At Nation’s Best CPR, we are a small office with big ideas, a culture rich in dedication for excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team. This inside sales position emphasizes exceptional customer service and client relationship management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Service new and existing clients
- Assist clients in scheduling classes
- Provide problem-solving support for clients
- Manage client accounts using Salesforce (experience a plus)
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an onsite office environment
- Experience in inside sales preferred
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

Compensation is constructed of a base hourly pay and bonuses.
