We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in aesthetic injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), weight loss management, and general primary care. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for aesthetics with your clinical skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to established protocols.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetic procedures and products.

Weight Loss Management:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess weight loss needs and medical history.
• Develop and implement personalized weight loss programs, including lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, and medication management.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
• Order and interpret relevant lab work.

Primary Care:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient education.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.

General:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to all HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• Certification in aesthetic injectables (Botox, dermal fillers) required.
• Experience in weight loss management and primary care.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or a related field.
• Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine.
• Ability to use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, preferred experience with eClinical Works.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to work Full time: Monday – Friday.
• Experience in a medical spa setting.
• Additional certifications in related areas (e.g., nutrition, weight management).
