The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of HR experience specifically in employee relations and recruiting, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field. They should be fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable with UKG (HRIS) and Microsoft Office tools, and committed to staying ahead of compliance and HR best practices.
