Role Expectations:
As an HR Manager, your primary role will be at the heart of the office daily, ensuring that our HR strategies are aligned with our broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies in line with our business objectives.
- Address and resolve management and employee relation matters.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process.
- Foster employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Continuously assess and refine HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Champion a constructive work environment.
- Administer an effective performance appraisal system.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures.
- Identify and supervise training needs and initiatives.
- Offer decision-making support to management via HR analytics.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards in HR practices.
- Design and implement company-wide policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the HR domain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ADP).
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and time-management skills, especially under tight schedules.
- Stellar written and verbal communication prowess.
- High standards of professionalism.
- Robust recruiting skills.
- Collaborative mindset with an aptitude for fostering organizational relationships.
- HR certifications, SHRM preferred.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
