Key Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Monitor and manage the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Verify credentials and maintain detailed logs.
- Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises and monitor security cameras to ensure a secure environment.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, and document findings in detailed reports.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors professionally, provide directions, and assist with inquiries while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company security protocols and procedures by all personnel and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in security or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and take decisive action in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
- Must pass a background check and hold any required security licenses or certifications.

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
